Is the solution given by d'Alembert about the 'true force' able to settle, in a satisfactory way, the Leibniz's criticism against Descartes?

We argue that Leibniz's criticism against the Cartesian physics cannot be sufficiently answered by the solution offered by d'Alembert in 1758. The present essay constitutes also a theoretical and deep systematization consisting of a basis in order to formulate an intervention in classrooms in High Schools and in the first years of university teaching.Downloads
