This qualitative and interpretive study characterizes the advances in Didactic Content Knowledge (CDC) of five Biology Didactics students at the Mar del Plata national university in Argentina in a post-pandemic context. Initial and final didactic sequences were analyzed, along with semi-structured interviews, using the Constant Comparative Method. Progression Hypotheses (HP) were identified and pentagon diagrams were used to represent the CDC and analyze its coherence, evidencing an individual and non-linear development. Significant advances were highlighted in the "Students' prior knowledge and ideas" and "Teaching strategies" components, while "Evaluation" showed limited progression. Contradictions were observed between the declared and planned purposes, and problematizing reflections that indicate an awareness of aspects to improve. This work provides theoretical tools (HP for CDC evaluation) and methodological tools (pentagon diagrams for coherence analysis) for initial teacher training, suggesting the need to strengthen the approach to evaluation and promote the integration of all CDC components.References
