The structure consists of a formation that coordinates work, culture, science and technology as principles that summarize the training process whole. On a visit a public school in Maringá (PR), which implemented the CTQ, it was found that teachers were faced with several difficulties: lack of knowledge in technical skills early, how to articulate theory and practice, shortages of materials and reference theoretical, limitation of laboratories, lack of equipment and difficulties in developing practical activities for the course.
